Coteccons Construction Co has signed the construction project of Diamond Island with BTA Development Investment Co as its investor. The Diamond Island project is a complex with many high-rise towers overlooking Saigon River and HCM City’s centre areas, located in Dist 2, HCM City.

Trinh Thanh Huy, BTA’s general director revealed that the project would be built under the six-star standards, designed by famous architect Arata Isozaki (Japan), the designer of world’s famous works such as New York museum, summer Olympic stadium in Spain in 1992.

Coteccons will carry out the first phase of the project with construction on foundation, basements, general structure and M&E of the six towers within the period of 20 months.

It’s expected that the construction work of the project will be officially started on Sep 2.
