Indochina Land has continued to offer apartments nestled in the tourism property project named Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa in the central coast city of Danang, after the project was first launched in May.
In this phase, the developer is offering 28 units in Block C of the project, with prices ranging from US$324,000 to US$895,000 per unit, depending on size and location. The apartments are 95-240 square meters each.
The project is developing a 20-hectare site near Marble Mountains. It comprises 174 luxury condominiums starting from 75 square meters, 27 three-bedroom villas and 200 hotel rooms and suites.
Once in place in 2011, the facilities will be managed by world leading hotel management Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, a member of Global Hyatt. (SGT)
